The first Kenshusei Seminar for 2010 will be held at the OKC HQ on Saturday January 30 from 12:30 to 2:30pm.
The topic is No. 5, Body Shifting Power in Karate and Lecture No. 9 - same topic. As well, Heian 3 and 4 and Ippon kumite.
